Valve manifolds is am innovation of the traditional needle valves, instead of only one valve, manifolds offer multiple valves on single piece of instrument. It ranges from 2 3, to 6 or 7 or higher. These valves are usually applied in mechanical machines for releasing and equalizing chemicals. These valve manifolds are usually indicated by various different colors to distinguish its functions.

Vertex currently carries four different types of valve manifolds: the block & bleed valve (2 valves) is suitable for pressure control as well as reducing component parts to prevent leaks; the threaded & flanged valve manifold (3 valves) has colored caps for differentiation and it is applicable for different pressure/level/transmitter; and the distribution valves (available from 4 to 12) are suitable for quantity control and can be directly applied to main pipes.
